Our story
Camp directors, admin coordinators and program leads run complex logistics for groups of 50 to 5,000. They’re managing rooming, schedules and duty rosters across WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and email chains stitched together with good intentions.
Hudlhq was built because that chaos has a cost.
Programs that move - travel groups, school expeditions, touring camps, destination programs - don’t fit the mould of the fixed-site overnight camp, and no software was built with them in mind. The moment your program crosses a second venue, or your roster needs to flex mid-session, the tools you have stop working the way they should.
We built Hudlhq to change that. One app. Every program. Unlimited.
What we build
Every program we work with gets its own app - in its own colours, at its own address, built around how that program actually runs. Not a registration tool, and not a scheduling app with a rooming list bolted on.
It covers the hard part: what happens after everyone arrives. Duty rosters. Rooming decisions under pressure. Schedule changes that need to reach twelve staff members at once. An announcement that has to be on every phone at 6am, not buried in a group chat.
We build it for the program lead who has ten minutes before the bus leaves and needs to know the plan is right. Then we host it, maintain it and support it, so they never have to think about the technology.
What we believe
Operations software should be built for the operator.
Not for the IT department. Not for the procurement checklist. For the coordinator in the field with a phone and a plan that just changed.
Programs on the move deserve purpose-built tools.
The camp that travels is not a simplified version of the camp that stays. It’s a different operational challenge, and a spreadsheet workaround is not a solution.
Simplicity is not the same as less.
Hudlhq covers every part of a program’s day. It does that without a training week, a systems administrator, or a manual no one will read.
